Do I have to return my Sky equipment?
We reuse most parts of your old products and recycle the rest. If your Sky Q, Sky Stream puck or broadband kit has been loaned to you as part of your subscription, you'll need to return it to us when you leave. If you hang on to it, you'll pay a non-return fee.

Can I leave Sky and then rejoin?
Re: Can I cancel SkyQ and then rejoin? No you will not be able to do as you suggest. It is around 12 months before you can rejoin as a new customer. Most broadband and/or TV service providers do that time element before rejoining..
Do you have to give the TV back with Sky Glass?
Sky Glass comes with Sky inside. So all you have to do is connect to WiFi and get streaming. We'll deliver your Sky Glass TV to the room of your choice, unbox it and take away the packaging to be recycled.
Do I need to return Sky HDMI cable?
HDMI Cable Note: Sky Satellite dish or its cables are not required to be returned.
Do you need TV box to return it?
All you need is the original receipt or packing slip, and the product must be in its original packaging.
What address do I return Sky equipment to?
It doesn't require Sky's return address, it's asking for your home address (your registered account address) so it knows who it's coming from. Remember to keep proof of postage when you do send it back.
What do I do with my Sky box when I move?
When you move, you need to take all your Sky equipment with you to your new home, except the satellite dish and the cables running from it to your Sky box (or boxes). Your Sky engineer will not do this.

If you want to cancel your existing you just activate your Sky Netflix and sign on using your existing Netflix details . this will transfer to Sky and your Existing Netflix will cancel. If you want to Continue using your Existing Netflix you Still activate Netflix on Sky but Don't use your Netflix login.
Does Sky box still work after cancellation?
If you re-install a Sky +HD box it will not work. Therefore you have two choices if you want to continue to watch Free to Air TV from Sky without a subscription. Re-install Sky +HD box (buy here) and install a new pickup (LNB – buy here) at the dish. Purchase a New Freesat 4K box (buy here).
Can I sell a sky Q box?
Sky Q boxes and mini boxes are loaned by Sky. You cannot purchase them. Any for sale elsewhere are stolen property and won't work anyway.
